Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and code high-quality software components and features for our web and mobile applications.
- Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to improve application performance, scalability, and security.
- Testing & QA: Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and perform thorough debugging to ensure software stability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date technical documentation, API specs, and code comments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and share best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in software development using at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (Git), and RESTful API design.
- Availability: Must be available to work approximately 20-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions efficiently.
