Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code. Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to security and coding standards.
- System Optimization: Analyze application performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience and reduce latency.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment to define features and deliver milestones.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in existing systems, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API specs and architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular), Python, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and SQL/NoSQL databases is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to a consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week.
