Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices and standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features, solve problems, and drive project success.
- Testing & Debugging: Participate in thorough testing processes to identify and fix bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical insights and support during code reviews and architectural planning sessions.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies is highly preferred.
- Database Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-30 hours per week) with reliability.
