Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software features and components using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and internal guidelines.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and full-time engineers to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, including unit and integration tests, to identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Agile Participation: actively engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Proven track record of software development, preferably 3+ years in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java; experience with React, Node.js, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective, efficient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
