- Contribute to CI/CD automation using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Participate in agile sprints with 2-3 days/week on-site commitment
Qualifications
- 3+ years production experience with distributed systems
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Portfolio demonstrating open-source contributions or complex projects
- Ability to deliver results in 20-30 hour/week flexible schedule
