Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Build and support high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing codebases and implement optimizations to improve application speed and reliability.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit testing and debugging to ensure robust functionality across all platforms.
- Remote Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews via video conferencing tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular), Python, or Node.js is required.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote team environments.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
