Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform rigorous unit testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, concise documentation for code and technical processes to facilitate team onboarding and maintenance.
- Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly into our existing ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in software development, with at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages and experience with database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to a consistent part-time schedule (e.g., 20-30 hours per week).
