Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Python/Java
- Implement responsive front-end features with React and TypeScript
- Optimize database queries and AWS infrastructure performance
- Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Write comprehensive unit/integration tests and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with product team to translate requirements into technical specs
- Maintain code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD best practices
- Document architecture decisions and API specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and DevOps
- Experience with React, Node.js, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Proficient in Git, Docker, and container orchestration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly
