Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time.
- Conduct proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments.
- Perform penetration testing and security audits to identify system weaknesses.
- Manage and maintain security policies and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC, or threat intelligence.
- Deep knowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk, LogRhythm) and endpoint protection.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and encryption standards.
