Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to implement feature requirements
- Optimize application performance through code reviews and testing
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Document technical specifications and maintain clean, reusable code
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java
- Strong knowledge of React, Node.js, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
