Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python and Go
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead API development and microservices architecture decisions
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Participate in agile sprints with bi-weekly standups
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in backend development
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of AWS/GCP services (EC2, Lambda, S3)
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
