Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and statistical models for business optimization
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear executive summaries and reports
- Automate data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Proven ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets (>1M rows) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management for remote collaboration
