Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop and automate data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise visualizations and narratives
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality checks
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, dplyr)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills for remote work
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
