Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality and user experience.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects using JIRA or similar tracking tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure testing coverage.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes have not negatively impacted existing features.
- Conduct exploratory testing to discover edge cases and usability issues.
- Maintain and update test plans and test scripts as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Experience with Manual Testing methodologies and Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to document issues clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication skills to report findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
