Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to identify functional defects in web and mobile applications
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with reproducible steps and severity ratings
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate fixes and regression testing
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups within an Agile framework
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and traceability matrices
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web or mobile applications
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, Postman)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
