Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and other bug tracking tools.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Validate user stories and acceptance criteria with a focus on user experience.
- Conduct cross-browser and device compatibility testing to ensure seamless performance.
- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or manual testing.
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in using defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finding bugs.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and actionable bug reports.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing tools (Postman) is a strong plus.
- Must be available for part-time hours on-site or remotely.
