Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and defect management tools
- Perform regression testing for new feature releases
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Validate user acceptance criteria (UAT) for client projects
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain detailed test documentation and status reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of software QA/testing experience
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman/Insomnia)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
