Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional and usability defects
- Document bugs with detailed steps, screenshots, and severity levels in JIRA
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to prioritize fixes
- Test web applications, mobile apps, and APIs across multiple browsers/devices
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop and maintain test scripts using Selenium/Cypress
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA testing experience (internships accepted)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and testing frameworks
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Basic understanding of SQL and API testing (Postman)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Currently enrolled in a tech-related program or relevant certification preferred
