Responsibilities
- Design Complex Prompts: Develop high-quality, nuanced, and context-aware prompts to elicit specific, accurate, and creative responses from AI models.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing of AI outputs to measure performance, accuracy, and safety.
- Iterative Optimization: Analyze AI failures and refine prompt structures to improve model behavior over time.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries and best practices for the engineering team.
- Integration Support: Collaborate with software developers to integrate prompt engineering solutions into larger AI applications.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and LLM capabilities to suggest innovative use cases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field with a strong focus on language structure.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, or Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain).
- Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in English with a deep understanding of grammar, tone, and nuance.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot why an AI model fails to follow instructions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, English, or a related field preferred.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, part-time capacity.
