Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and test sophisticated prompt chains to maximize the performance of LLMs.
- Analyze model outputs to identify bias, inaccuracies, or safety concerns.
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for internal team use.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI requirements.
- Experiment with new techniques such as Chain-of-Thought prompting and few-shot learning.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest AI research and model updates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and nuance.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of basic natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
- Proficiency in Python or scripting languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
