Responsibilities
- Design, refine, and test complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to ensure high-quality, accurate, and relevant outputs.
- Optimize prompt structures to improve response accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance user experience.
- Analyze model outputs to identify patterns, edge cases, and areas for improvement in prompt engineering strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define AI-driven features and user workflows.
- Maintain and document a library of effective prompt templates and guidelines for internal use.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience crafting effective prompts for ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar AI tools.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, tone, and style.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug prompt issues.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid part-time capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
