Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and other large language models
- Develop prompt libraries with version control and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices
- Conduct A/B testing to refine outputs for accuracy, tone, and relevance
- Train junior engineers on prompt engineering principles
- Monitor AI output quality and implement iterative improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or natural language processing
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ successful prompt optimization projects
- Expertise with OpenAI API, LangChain, and prompt engineering frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot AI output inconsistencies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- Experience with content generation for enterprise applications
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering tools
