You'll work with cutting-edge AI systems to develop solutions for enterprise clients while advancing your expertise in prompt architecture and fine-tuning strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs to achieve specific business outcomes
- Develop prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise AI applications
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into client workflows
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to improve response accuracy
- Research emerging prompt engineering techniques and industry best practices
- Train junior team members on prompt development methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or natural language processing
- Proficiency with Python and API integration for AI models
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating LLM outputs
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
