As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll craft high-impact prompts that drive exceptional user experiences while maintaining ethical AI standards. You'll collaborate with data scientists and product designers to deliver scalable AI solutions across industries including gaming, hospitality, and fintech.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for large language models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Develop prompt libraries with version control and documentation systems
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt efficacy and iterate based on performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate prompt solutions into production AI systems
- Create prompt engineering guidelines and best practices for cross-functional teams
- Monitor emerging AI trends and adapt prompt strategies accordingly
- Document prompt architectures and performance benchmarks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with production AI systems
- Expertise in NLP fundamentals and transformer architecture
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Proficiency in Python and prompt frameworks (LangChain, Haystack)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
