Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts for LLMs to maximize output quality and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI automation opportunities across product lines
- Develop documentation for prompt libraries and best practices
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize performance metrics
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and integrate new techniques into workflows
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or related AI field
- Proficiency with GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Excellent written communication ability for crafting precise instructions
- Experience with version control (Git) for prompt management
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt optimization projects
- Preferred: Certification in AI/ML from accredited institution
