- Collaborate with product managers to align prompt strategies with business objectives
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry best practices
- Maintain prompt engineering knowledge base and training materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or related AI/NLP role
- Proficiency with GPT-4, Claude, or similar large language models
- Strong analytical skills with ability to debug AI-generated content
- Experience with prompt frameworks (e.g., Chain-of-Thought, ReAct)
- Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI deployment principles
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects and results
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
