Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine advanced prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary AI systems
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompts with model capabilities and business objectives
- Develop prompt libraries and best practices for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing of prompt variations to optimize response accuracy
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and train junior team members
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and techniques through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP-related roles
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production AI systems
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, and other LLM ecosystems
- Strong Python/R skills for prompt automation and testing
- Exceptional written communication and analytical thinking
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering success cases
