Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools and protocols
- Implement security measures to protect network integrity and data confidentiality
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities
- Provide technical support to end-users via remote and on-site assistance
- Monitor network performance using monitoring tools and optimize as needed
- Collaborate with IT team on network upgrades and expansion projects
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent certification (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet)
- Strong troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools (Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
