Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN hardware and software systems
- Diagnose network issues using diagnostic tools and resolve within SLA
- Implement security protocols to protect network infrastructure
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance
- Provide user support for network-related problems via ticketing system
- Monitor network traffic and proactively address potential bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification preferred
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for client site visits
