Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement proactive solutions
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users
- Collaborate with IT team on network security protocols and updates
- Assist with cloud infrastructure management and hybrid network solutions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS/DHCP
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
