Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools like Wireshark
- Implement security protocols to protect network integrity against cyber threats
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities
- Provide end-user support for network-related software and hardware
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network optimization projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA Network+ certification required (CCNA preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
