Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues proactively
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network changes and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for end-users and remote systems
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Support cloud infrastructure integration and hybrid networking solutions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki networking equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.)
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
