Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for corporate clients
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via ticketing systems
- Document troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic maintenance
- Train end-users on software applications and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system upgrades
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Enrollment in or completion of IT certification program (CompTIA A+, etc.)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work with various hardware components
- Valid Oregon driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Proficiency with remote desktop support tools (TeamViewer, etc.)
- Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail
