Responsibilities

- Provide Tier-1 support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Assist with network security monitoring and basic firewall configurations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training sessions on new technologies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed A+/Network+ certification
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (including occasional weekends)
- Valid California driver's license (for on-site visits)
