Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Document all technical incidents, solutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems and implement fixes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure IT environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common office software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to debugging.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Must be available to work part-time hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
