Responsibilities

- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems across the enterprise
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Provide Tier 1 help desk support via phone/ticketing systems
- Assist with network infrastructure maintenance and monitoring
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Collaborate on cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CompTIA A+ preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work with hardware components
- Valid driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
- Enrollment in IT certification program or related degree
