Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Assist with network administration tasks including switch/router maintenance
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system migrations and upgrades
- Deliver user training on productivity tools and security protocols
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing CompTIA A+ or similar certification
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong customer service skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop tools
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in varied office environments
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Available 20-25 hours/week with flexibility for daytime/evening shifts
