Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality assurance to ensure accurate reporting
- Create A/B test frameworks and analyze results to optimize product performance
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
- Maintain and improve existing data pipelines and reporting infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical analysis methods
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) data services
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity
