Responsibilities
- Data Synthesis & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive business decisions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose optimized solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and marketing teams to translate data findings into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
