Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, concise insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support decision-making processes.
- Automation: Automate repetitive data tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
