Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high data integrity for analysis.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner to stakeholders.
- Automate data workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
