Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather and clean complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity before analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical modeling and trend analysis to identify business opportunities, risks, and growth areas.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their specific data needs and challenges.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose solutions to enhance data quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for spotting errors, inconsistencies, or outliers in data.
- Communication: Ability to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely through written reports and presentations.
- Time Management: Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently within a part-time capacity.
