Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting critical insights and performance metrics.
- SQL Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various databases.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose innovative solutions to improve data accuracy and speed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
