Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources using SQL and Python scripts.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support marketing campaigns and product optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable weekly and monthly performance reports for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, and window functions).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and basic knowledge of Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment and meet deadlines effectively.
