In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our analytics strategy, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making and optimize business performance in a dynamic, hybrid-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity for reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from various relational databases.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders, including management and clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to define, track, and report on KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for candidates in the Baltimore or Georgia area.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while managing time effectively.
