Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
- Visualization: Design and create intuitive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings effectively.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and executive summaries for stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and recommend solutions to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python or R for scripting and analysis.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) and spreadsheet software (Advanced Excel).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
