Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and outliers in business performance.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize reporting processes.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data simply.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
