Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to define data requirements and support strategic initiatives.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical reports to maintain data governance standards.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a remote work environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as a part-time contractor.
