Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business opportunities and inefficiencies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate hypotheses and recommend improvements
- Present findings to non-technical teams through clear, compelling narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ data analysis projects with measurable impact
