Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Data: Interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business strategy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Ensure data integrity by cleaning, transforming, and validating raw data from various sources.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Create clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders to communicate complex findings.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and set analytical goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ (Relocation assistance provided).
